93 caravan with a 3.0l runs great but in the last few days its lacking power feels like a fuel issue as when you floor it it heaitates and pops and has maybe 50% of the power it should. all the basic stuff is good (plugs wires air cleaner ect) sometimes it wont do it, most of the time its after its sat for a few minutes after being driven. kicking it down on the hills it will not rev up.

i dont know newer stuff so i am at a bit of a loss, thinking maybe fuel pumpo is on it way out?

Modern vehicles are much more complex, but the basics still apply. Guessing is not an option.
Check the basics, then pull codes. Go from there.

Watch for a broken flywheel, they break where they bolt to the crank. Sometimes very little noise. Retards the crank signal to the PCM.

thanks guys, i see if has a 12 and 21 for codes. going to check that out. runs great just when you floor it it feels consitpated. lol

code 21 is a o2 sensor code. That will cause your problem.

awesome, i did check the 12 and 21 tonight and saw its a o2 sensor. thought the engine light would come on for that but i guess not. will try a new one tomorrow
