Will a very worn gears in a gearbox A833 generate much noise or high vibrations?

Sounds like a bearing problem some where..In the rear, or tranny. Or..is your engine internal or external balanced? And did you run the correct flywheel?

There is`nt High vibration in neutral ,only at speed between 90-120 mph in 3th and 4th gears.

I have only notice small vibratins at 2000rpm in neutral, no noise.

How much play/backlash can I measure If I turn the A833 outputshaft with yoke clockwise and anticlockwise ?

like someone said call passon. great people to deal with and he'll go over anything and everything you wanna go over. it isn't too hard to rebuild these either. i see you're overseas so maybe e-mail him if its crazy money to call . i've rebuilt my 23 spline and my dad's 18 spline. just get a factory service manual and look up the mopar muscle issue with it in there. basically it sounds like you need somehting new in there and you might as well replace most of it. good luck
