I have a JBA system on mine and suffer from the same drone problem... my solution... I'm back to stock.
Question though - are you running resonators?

Check to see if your system has any resonators on it.I had 40 flows and no resos,3"x 16" rolled tips on my 08 charger R/T, TONS of drone . Added Blastin bobs 2&1/2" glasspack resos and 4" DW tips. Now its wife and long drive friendly, sounds good at idle/startup & BA at WOT.D

We have a Corsa system on our 2008 Charger Daytona development vehicle.
It's drone free even with long-tube headers.
With the 5.7L HEMIs and MDS, you have to be careful on the type of cat-back exhaust you put on these cars.
The other alterantive is eliminate the MDS with a a Diablo Predator hand-held tuner but your MPGs may suffer.
The system is designed for the car, so I'm guessing it's ok. I do plan on buying the tuner. It has settings from econ to performance.

Is there room? the mufflers are at the tail end of the car. The Borla tips look like they could be baffled. I'm not looking at replacing the entire system. I was thinking of just a muffler swap.

Are there any lengths of exhaust pipes that are 55 to 75 inches long? If so, put a resonator in the middle. If for some reason you can't use a resonator it is also possible to kill a drone noise with a T-stub, which is a dead end length of pipe off a T junction Someone in the family or your group of friends good at math? Have them read: http://www.audioholics.com/education/acoustics-principles/helmholtz-resonant-absorberif you look at the intake of the new Ford 6.2 V8 you will see T-stubs in use

Does your system have a pair of mufflers(or suitcase muffler) ahead of the rear axle assmembly as well as mufflers(resonators)at the rear? The previous owner could have deleted the center muffs to get a more agressive exhaust tone. Also, the preditor can shut off the mds ,but you will still have drone at certain speeds/rpms. D,

yeah I think it has all 4. I thought the mufflers were aft but those are resonators. Jeesh 4 mufflers and still a drone.
