Is the filter on my 2000 R/T in the tank? All I can find listed is a strainer that's part of the fuel pump assembly.

The filter is part of the fuel pump assy. No fuel filter available separately. I wondered when I bought my r/t a few years back and worked at a parts store.

Yes, it seems a little bizarre that they would do that, but mine has almost 150,000 on it and no problems yet.
