I know that there are a lot of variables to this but say I had a 416 stroker with a cam in the 240@50 range and 11.1:1 compression is is possible to still run on 91 or 93 pump gas? Motor has Iron heads and I will try to shoot for good quench when I build the motor.

Use this website to confirm your Dynamic compression. If you can keep your Dyanamic at or below 8.5:1, you should be ok.
