Please help! There are two spring clips that hold the fuse blocks together at the firewall. There are holes through the clips that may need a screw. Are these clips a grounding feature or just used to hold the two blocks together? My car was apart so I don't know how it goes back together. I know bad grounds can be a real pain. Thanks.

They just hold the fuse block and connector to the body, no grounding. And yes, there are two screws that go through them.
