I'm thinking of experimenting with a single plane intake on my heap, which one do you guys like best?

470 - low deck
10.1
585 lift, 259@.050 duration solid lifter
4250 - 4500 converter
4.30 gears
850 MD carb (for now........)

Thanks

I'm using a TM-6 on my 451 (also used it on the 383 in sig) I also tried an M-1, and a Torker . The TM-6 was a little better than the M-1 and a good bit better than the Torker.

TM-6 the old Tarantula intake?

Thinking about the Victor or M1, leaning toward Victor at the moment............

Yes , the old Tarantula. I don't have any real world experience with the Victor yet.

A lot of my stuff was close to yours.
440 10.5-1/ Ultradyn .590-.613/ 4500 stall
4.88 D-60 with 31X18.5 QTP's
825 Race Demon/ MDS/ M-1 intake/ car ran 11.16
The M-1 seem to make good power up to 6300 rpm.

I would think the Victor should do just as good.
I picked the M-1 so it would fit under my hood.

Thanks for the offer, I might be at Norwalk but the car will not for sure.

I think I have a job in the area at the end of the week, if so I will be dropping in.

Norwalk would be a heck of a drive from my house with 4.30 gears

Thanks again for the offer
