It's called "orangesol". It's a slightly textured flat blackish looking paint with a slight grayish hue, it looks a little more gray here than it actually is because of the light. It is available out there. You could give Resto Rick a call and see what he suggests as far as paint code and sources. He's a board sponsor and a good man. Here's a nice pic someone left on the web...
