Ross Wheel service did a set of small mopar 14 inch wheels from 14X5 to a 14x7 for me back in the 90's. Not sure if they do it any more. T-N-T race shop might know. www.tntraceshop.com

I buy my steel outers (usually about 15 - 20 pallets at a time) from Carlise Wheel...they are the company that owns Cragar amoungst other lines. They are out here in SoCal...and the stuff is still made here too (except for chroming which they are getting done in mexico now ) On the 10's, keep in mind there are different drops available (center ID) so just need to get the correct one for the centers being used.
