I posted a rant on this months ago as well as other members. Its lame because the builders are a bunch of JaggHoffs! They spent money on (accepted for free rather) roller valvetrain, new crank, new eddy heads and got a whopping 410hp. They also got cheap Hedman shorty headers but proceeded to re engineer them to fit saying something on the lines of: "Drop in headers for this mopar would have to be custom made and that is around $1100 so we are gonna modify these" I get so pissed watching chevy 350 guys attempting something other than a chevy 350 cuz they really screw it up. For the record- The Edelbrock Performer RPM package utilizes a chevy grind hyd flat tappet cam than NO ONE ever buys. With this cam the motor will make around 450hp. Those idiots step up to a roller but one that is specd for a 225 slant motor.

Keep old mopars alive.

I have always like Stacy David. His show is called Gearz on Speed TV. He used to host Trucks on Spike. His show gearz does some interesting and informative things. Today he is putting an Indy 800hp stroker into a WW2 era Dodge truck on a big 4x4 chassis. I was pleased when he rolled out the big mopar engine ( for Indy CRUSTomer service though) instead of a BB Chivee. Awhile back he showed an aftermarket kit to convert 2bbl rochester carbs into a 3x2 setup. I like multiple carbs even if they are more flash than performance.

Stacy started the Sgt. Rock projct on Spike's Trucks show. I know he unveiled the Indy motor on Trucks just before he left, but I thought he already had it installed. Who know's, I could be wrong. I can't watch Gearz because I don't get Speed. Stacy is definately the best though. More talent and knowledge than all of the current Spike guys combined.

I liked the 2 "half start" attempts they did when trying to start the engine for the "first time" (ya, right)....turn the key to get the starter to kick, then shut it down as if it wouldn't start. Seriously stupid made up things like that should be stopped. Don't treat the audience like idiots.

I thought the 2 original guys were the best on the show, Jared and Lou. Seems these shows push all the good people out. It is probably because they don't pay them well. So as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Also on that UFC cuda, did you guys notice when they were painting the car, they incorporated the "UFC" into the billboard, then when you saw the car running on the street it just had "440" in the billboard? What happened there?????????????
