Does anyone have a max wedge port indy dual plane intake for sale or have they used one. I am currently running a single plane on ez-1 heads. On my 528 wedge this combo made 610 hp & 640 tq. Now I am looking to keep this all under the hood. Any help would be great. To contact me (215)-964-3040 Thanks, Joe

I assume you have checked on BB engine parts for sale on Moparts?

Sounds like the build I'm working on, mind answering a few questions ???

1) what cam are you running? I ran the stroker combo through a desktop dyno with CNC'd Stealths and then with the EZ-1's and the numbers dropped significantly with the EZ's. I figure it has to be the cam.

2) what car do you have this in? I'm wondering if the Indy single plane with carb and an air grabber oval air cleaner will fit under a '69 six-pak hood/scoop.

Thanks,

Joe , the Indy intake comes from Indy as std port window you have to take the grinder to it and open it to max wedge size. When you get the intake take a real good look at it inside the runners , the first one I got had porosity issues and there were holes between the planes up in the runners .

The Indy DP intake is still fairly tall so if you're looking to keep something under the hood you should be looking for a low rise MW intake.

The lowest one that I'm aware of (I think I've tested all of the them) is the Mopar 337 single plane. It is a very low rise intake with MW sized runners but it works quite well. I've made over 800 hp with an unported 337 intake on a 505 motor.
