Is anyone applying anything other than the car's exterior paint to their engine bay? I'm debating if I should use one of the noise/heat barrier products (i.e. Eastwood's 2k Ceramic, LizardSkin, CoolCar).

Thanks

That's what I'm going to do to the underside. I'm trying to find one that isn't textured. can LineX go on smoothly?

My Jensen came stock with a coating that resembles undercoat under the bonnet. I mean hood....
