Will my windage tray from the 383 work in the 451 (440 crank 440 rods)?

Or will something be banging in to it?

should be fine , it's the same stroke as a 440 , the distance from the centerline of the crank to the tray is the same 383 or 440 . I have a non stroker tray in my 3.895 stroke 383 with BBC spec rods .

I have nearly the same thing and everything fits fine, too.

I should clarify , this is with the milodon tray , haven't checked the clearance on an MP/stock tray

I'm guessing mine should be a smaller stroke 3.75.

Milodon tray fit fine on my 383-496 source kit. MP one was not even close to fitting...
