WAJ OP member W Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 52 Utah	I have a 71 Hemi Cuda with a crate 426 and the power stering pump went bad. Am I OK ordering a Feberal type pump? For example Year One part #FD399? In other words, is the power steering pump the same for the orginal 426 Hemi as the 426 Crate Hemi? Thanks!

DAYCLONA I Live Here Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 18,157 Mass	I've only ever seen a Federal pump on a Hemi,....IMHO, yes order the Federal, might be cheaper having yours rebuilt locally or buying a rebuilt locally, besure to pull your pulley, and cooler?, and adapter blocks, plus mounting bracket
