My buddy wants to send his P/S box out to be rebuilt and he was asking me which one of them to use. Has anyone used either Firm Feel or Steer and Gear and if so how was the work ? Thanks , Ron

I've used Firm Feel, no problems, costs were within reason, a stage III PS box, new pitman arm, total $425 includding shipping

What application?, intentions with the car?, steering wheel size?, tire size?.........can determine what "stage" is best suited for his application

I've used Steer and Gear to rebuild a couple boxes. Very pleased with the results and customer service.

I've talked to them in person and they KNOW Mopar steering boxes well.

My vote is Firm Feel. I have had great customer service in my dealings with them.

Firm Feel has always provided a good parts.. I've installed two customer provided Steer & Gear units, neither impressed me as far as finish.. Some funky looking replacenent sector support & one leaked badly..

Had a steer n gear level 2. Not happy with the lack of "tightness". Since went to a FF level 3 and love it.

I went with a Steer and Gear unit two years. Great piece.

I called them on a Tuesday, told them I needed a box for my 5A, and they wouldn't accept payment until the box was built and ready to ship. They called my back three days later, I payed for it and it was at my door step within a week of the initial call. Great group of guys and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
