I know this is slightly ,but I like to have the pushrod oiling option even without oil orifices in the adjusters.Them wedgies produce alot of heat in the cup.

HEMI-ITIS has no cure.

Cranked the motor over without any plugs and with a bolt in the oil supply hole. Oil shoots outs over the fender.

I'll pull the intermediate shaft tomorrow, turn the motor over till it shoots oil out of the supply hole and see what kind of volume it has.

Mr. P, I rechecked and there is on average 4 1/2 threads showing through the bottom of the rockers. Also, its the cup that isnt getting oil.

This problem just came after I relashed the valves, setting them just a hair tighter. Im sure the problem is due to the pushrod length, but I'll make sure my volume is good.

Get a new set of pushrods before you burn up all
of the rockers, it'll take a lot of the side load
off of them also.... your valve train will thank you

Put an old set of ductile iron rockers I have on. Left #1 I and E off (farthest away from the supply hole)to see if it would fill the shaft. Just cranking with the starter it filled the shaft and oil was pouring out of the feed holes for those two rockers..

So I dont think volume is an issue.

I'll put my Dove rockers and shafts back on tomorrow and see if it will pass the test as the old adjustables did.

Did you open up the shafts and clean them out? Sometimes junk gets caught in them and will float from hole to hole plugging things up.
