Id like to see how many Moparts members know what these are, what years they were made , who made them and any other information regarding them.

I swear someone brought up a discussion about SB tri-Y’s before.

I believe there is a listing for them in a real early DC catalog or Hustle Stuff catalog.

Those are neat.
I think these have a cool factor as well.
Scavengers as they were called back in the day for your 340 or any small block, straight axle rod, or highboy, or E and A body...dump downward.
A friend has them...looking for something nostalgic to use them on some day.
Virtually NOS but pushed around a lot.

those pipes sure look like M/T tri-y's. i had a set on my charger, although they were for a big block. 1 3/4" tubes, and i bought them new in around 1973 or so. i didn't like them because starter access was a pain, and it was also fun getting the transmission pan off.
i traded them off many years ago to someone for a bigblock truck oil pan setup.
i can't tell you how many years those were made.

These are N.O.S early 70s " Hustle Stuff " headers not normal at all i bought these off a good friend wont say his name but he is a well noted long time Mopar nut who grew up and still lives in Detroit he bought them off a retired Chrysler small block engineer. He had 2 sets of these hanging on his basement wall my set which were originally painted Red with the collectors. The second set had no collectors so i bought the complete set. This guy had a basement full of rare small block parts that he helped design while working at Chrysler. If i remember correctly his name was Dean Nichol's. I bought them long ago so i may have is name wrong. I was told they did not sell many because they were twice as expensive as other brands like Hooker, Hedman so im told.

I wonder if Mike (Mr. Peabody) remembers anything about them, he did exhaust work for Chrysler.

They sure look a lot different from the tri-y headers of today.

those aren't true tri-y's. wonder if they're not some kind of truck track type header.
