Any tips for removing valve seats out of 6.4l BGE heads at home?

IIRC 200 degrees in an oven and they fall out.

hopefully they don't fall out of the head simply heating it to 200 degrees since the engine temp is 205-210 and the ex valve seat is probably much higher than that running down the road under load.

Just run a tig weld bead on the seat and it will shrink it. Sometimes I weld a piece of flat bar across to pry the seat out.

Yep, mig or tig a bead around until it falls out.
