Beware the JetHot coating is a joke and can't stand roadsalt one bit.
The collector and lower ends of the tubes rust like crazy and looked liked they had been on the car for 6 years orso after driving just one winter with them.

Quite possible perhaps.
The Gubment takes road de-icing quite seriously here.
...although, our roads seem sometimes more slippery because of all the salt then some ice patches wink

I have run both dougs and tti. the tti are the best quality and fit hands down. imo tti's are the best off the shelf headers money can buy.

I did the dougs autozone gig bare and had them sent out and coated for my 71 duster. They do not fit right. I tried everything and eventually heated up the right side tube and dimpled it. The idler arm was cutting into the header when I turned the wheel. Pro form idler arm. Everything else was new. Not sure what the deal was. I checked everything and rechecked, and checked again. never had that problem with the three other cars that had TTI's. I wasn't keen on the idea of a slip tube so I wanted to try dougs. Next time I will use tti's. just my 2bits

And guess what that strenght road salt does to the rest of our old cars stirthepot
Its terrible realy but also nice to have less ice on the roads,if more people where smart and drove on real studded wintertires the need for salt would be much smaller.

Magnesium Chloride. Will trash your paint if you don't rinse it off, but won't help the rust along. Have to lay it down before the freeze though.

Doug’s are supposed to have a hair more ground clearance then the tti too. On the abody anyway.

I’d save the money and go Doug’s with the discount code that cracked posted.

It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
