I bought the mopar kit to wire my 6.4
It ran killer all summer. Now has what feels like a timing issue. Is the there a company that can test and or repair a Chrysler pcm ?

Is there a diagnostic port that you can pull codes from? Maybe just a sensor malfunction.

ModuleGods PCM, jeep guys are using them for the 05/06 PCM's that are failing like crazy and their stuff seems to work better than others.

Have you checked fuel pressure, it could be very lean causing your problems?

What code does it have?

We have very few PCM issues that I've seen. What is the exact fault (Pxxxx?) you have?

Fuel pressure. Lean always pops through the intake.

Have a gage on the cowl 58 psi. Others feel it may be a valve spring. I am going to pull off the valve covers and look

Valve spring is a very good possibility. Haven't seen that issue on the 6.4, but the 5.7's are a regular in our shop. Runs very rough, if it runs at all. It's amazing what a broken valve spring will cause the electronics to default to. Not just a simple fix anymore. You have to think it through. If it's a plastic intake manifold, suspect a vacuum line that fell off, crack, glued in plug that fell out. Is the idle speed higher than normal? If it is, I would suspect an intake issue. If not, I would be looking at valve springs, bent pushrods, etc...
