That is Moparts member 'Floyd'.
High quality and detailed, but I am not sure he is taking on any more projects at this time.

I only did the one vintage Mopar Parts floor Jack.😀

Sounds like you’re looking for bumper jack resto info. I have done some solid mast jacks, but never did a hollow-tube.

Here’s an old post with some info on disassembly:

And another on paint colors:

Good luck

They aren't hard to do yourself. Just look for a local electroplating company who does zinc dichromate. I spread the mechanism apart on mine so I could remove it from the shaft. I painted the mechanism and reinstalled it on the replated shaft when I got it back. It turned out great. The hardest part was finding a gray paint that matched the original color.

Floyd posted a link to some suggestions on getting the mechanism off. I did mine 6 years ago so I'd have to look closely at the mechanism again to remember exactly what I did.

I know there are some raised sections on the mast that prevent the mechanism from being removed. I think I just pried on the mechanism with a screw driver where the raised areas made contact. Once the mechanism was pushed over the raised sections, I was able to tap it off with a rubber hammer.

Now that I think about it, I might have reinstalled the mechanism onto the replated mast BEFORE repainting it. I might have masked off one end of the shaft, slid the mechanism to that side, repainted it and then removed the masking. Don't remember exactly any more.

My mechanism for a '70 Challenger was gray, so I found a gray primer that matched very closely and then sprayed a clear coat over it.
