...I broke it today.

I am looking for an online source for servicing and rebuilding a clutch 489 SureGrip. Anything out there? I do not have a factory service manual, this is the only factory part left on my car!

I would also like to read up on the side adjusters and listen to any pointers toward setting up a new gear set you may have. I've setup many Dana 44 gearsets, but no 3rd member gear sets.

Thanks!

The FSM has it all but you'll need two different years, one for the 489 and one for the clutch SG.

Dr. Diff sells the clutch packs & every set I have bought from him so far comes with an assembly diagram & instructions.
