5k out the door not including my labor($500) and shipping.
yes they need to buy their own front cover($50-250) and oil pan ($50-500).

Rockers/shafts/etc?
Valve covers?

ist build went into a Willys street rod, headers were custom, and he was having a friend machine valve covers for him. Rocker he provided they were Harland sharp, MSD Hemi-6 box and the rest I don't know.

2nd build went in to a 72 Road Runner clone, he traded me a 5.7 eagle engine for labor, but kept the rockers and valve covers from that engine, Headers are TTI 64L-R1C0 raw steel headers I think there were $700ish. he had started out with the MSD box but has since switched over the the Holly set up and an Edelbrock EFI intake.

William D , yes I have bought heads from Red line engine supply , I've also bought a few of their engine kits for other types of Engines.

Thank you for the response on Red Line Engine Supply! Hard to know who the reputable suppliers are, so that really helps.
