Looking forward to it. Got the water pump changed on the Valiant. Put taller slicks on the Lancer to see if it has enough guts to pull them. I'm driving the Dart wagon over and plan on racing it. We only need 57 more slant 6 cars for full payout!

We will be bringing the Gremlin, maybe Ruster, and I think little Billy will be racing his truck.

I have a very big soft spot for 1963 Plymouths.

When I was in college I had a red 63 Belvedere. It was a former Max Wedge car. I had put a 600 mile 440 out of a R/T in it. I think of it everytime I see your Fury. I guess most folks have one car they would like to have back and that one is mine.

I think the last 2 years I've only known about it because I saw somebody mention it on here.

Looked like plenty of cool stuff was on hand.

It has been the first weekend in November for a pretty long time now, thats how I remember it. They promoted a little better this year, I at least saw a flyer in august lol. It is a really fun race and everyone seems to have a good time.

I do think they need to reconsider running the bracket classes all 1/4 mile. The 1/4 mile sportsman and modern Hemi had way more cars than the 1/8 mile No box and Super Pro. There was some pretty heavy hitters in sportsman and I am assuming it was because it was 1/4 mile.

Billy, you are going to need to make the trip out here for the race one day. I Imagine you could find a place to stay!

Based on the 9.95 dial, and the tube poking through the hood, I'm thinking Pro-Charged Big block?

I never got a chance to go see it up close so all I can confirm is it is a centrifigul blower on a V8 haha. Very much a sleeper, it sounded healthy but i wouldn't have guessed it as a 9 second car.
