I found this pair of steel wheels in my basement and am curious about what they fit. The edge of the wheel is stamped 14x5-1/2 JJ K1 over 81 and there is '5 <<valve hole>> 5' stamped on the face of the rim.

Any help appreciated!

Looks like 1966-earlier Mopar. Did you check the bolt pattern?

They would hold the larger dog-dish caps - for 1967 & earlier cars. Look familiar? http://www.classicchambered.com/rims/1455.jpg

14 x 5.5 wheels came on 66/67 Hemi cars, 67 440 cars, some 66 383 cars, and all 66/67 Bbody wagons. 66 wheels and early 67 wheels have the 5 lug holes and 5 holes in between like yours have. Post some pictures of the stampings you found

What's the bolt pattern? These could be A-Body wheels too.

Those are not A Body wheels as they do not have the little holes

I took these pictures as it was getting dark (with a little help from my HF 27-LED flashlight). These were the only numbers I found on the edge of the rim. I also found a 'KH' on the face of the wheel; must be Kelsey-Hayes.

Well, it's 5.5" wide not 5".
