Can you guys tell me what the brown wire and the small black wires are?

I'm switching to a Meziere race starter and it says to only use 2 wires.

The Meziere has a spade for the starter solenoid and the large lug for the battery.

The stock wiring has the large black wire and the brown and small black and not sure where to attach the 2 small ones or which one I eliminate.

No [censored]

Let me guess, it's in a 27 Model T.

The size of the ring terminals an the wires should tell you where they go.

The brown wire is the START from the relay and goes to the small stud on the solenoid (you'll replace that with a spade connector). Any other wires with a large ring terminal will go along with the main battery cable.

If the other small black wires have small ring terminals, then we'll need a specific year/model.

Thanks, After looking at it again, I hooked up the 2 black wires on to the big stud, and the brown wire was converted to a spade. Now I just need a new battery and try it out. Thanks for the reply back. I just didn't want to fry anything.

Sorry, I thought you meant what is a Meziere. It's a 1968 Dart.
