While reattaching all the removable body parts on my '72 Swinger, I haven't been looking up. Finally thought about the headliner. The original cardboard black one is not in great shape.

Any recommendations for aftermarket headliners? It's not a show car, I just want something functional for the occasional cruise.

What about insulation - should I put some foil-backed adhesive material (Dynamat or similar), or just an inch or so of fiberglass batting? Does it set loose or use some kind of spray adhesive?

As I've said in other posts, I know nothing about interior trim so whatever tips and tricks you can offer will be welcome.
