I don't think the TCI shield fits under a stock floor w/o some major surgery. It doesn't cover the bellhousing area either.

No, and you will also need to buy a flywheel shield separate, if you intend to run quicker than 9.99. The typical steel flywheel shields make it difficult to remove the trans bolts when in the car.

time to hit easy button #2... cut the floor out for bellhousing access! I’ve been waiting since July 2 for my CSR 904 shield... was going to sell my 727 one, but it’s going on the shelf now. I figured. I’ll stick with my blanket at least for a while.

So you’d put a glide in full figured B body street/strip car with a Hemi that the op is hoping to take on dragweek? Why not. Most guys that go on drag week aren’t looking to run in the top of their class anyway. Seems like a win win to me.
