Is there a trick to remove the factory fuel lines from the six pack setup? I can't get them to un-thread so I can remove the carbs.

Pull rear carb first, unscrew the flare nut at the rear y-fitting to the rear carb first, then center carb, flare nut at the forward y-fitting to center carb. Use a flare nut wrench and support the fitting.

Are you talking about the brass junction block fitting in the middle that's 3 way? I can't get them to budge. Is anything reverse threaded??

Not reverse threading. Try some PB blaster on the fittings and let it soak for a while. Be sure to use a line wrench so you don't deform or round off the fittings.

Use a 5/8” open ended wrench to support the block fitting if necessary.

I had the same problem with my 340 six pack that hasn't been apart for 30 yrs. I couldn't get some of fittings apart no what I tried. Ended up cutting the fuel lines to get them apart. Ordered whole tubing kit for all 3 carbs from Mancini Racing for $24.95 plus shipping. Arrived in Ontario 7 days later. Looked like they ordered the parts from Right Stuff Ltd. Problem solved and looks great

I sure don't blame you. For 25 bucks new lines are worth it sometimes especially after 30 years.

Hey welcome to Moparts. I kind of think of your name as sawzall 340, kind of what you just told us about using a saw on your 340! up laugh
