Hi guys, finally i've finished works on Hemi Gen2 Heads of a friend. I've needed to change a lot of things in these heads, seats, valve guides, intake, exhaust and chamber reworks. So I'm pretty happy with results so far.

Tonight heads are going to a flow bench.

Thanks Man!!! When I received these heads they was terrible! Just for you have any idea, springs locator was pasted with 3M glue, valve guides with excessive clearance, poor valve job, valve spring install height wrong... Terror movie!!!

Look at the picture and you will see spring locator was pasted!

I'm assuming the chart on the left is exhaust and the intake is on the right side, what is the rest?

That looks superb! What are the benefits of the intake port standing D-shape? Is it for the port, or for swirl in the chamber? It seems you did not change the height of the ports, rather worked on the width? I have been through a porting job recently with a similar set of heads, but I did not change the entrance shape except for making rounder corners. These were MP heads with provision for dualplugs that I milled/drilled converted to the dual plugs. I have no idea of the flow, but should't be too far from yours. What sort of intake manifold will you use, and will that one have the ports assymetric as well? Is it for street use or racing? Thanks for sharing!
