I just purchased one Mopar Performance XHD driver's side leaf spring P4510269. The reason I bought just one is that I'm replacing the passenger side spring P4510268 with the another driver's side one in order to have a matching pair. I was not happy on how the car sat higher on the passenger side. The new spring showed up yesterday and I noticed that the two spring clamps were both located a couple of inches inboard. The red arrows in the pictures show where the clamps I believe should be located and would match the location of the clamps on the driver's side spring. The spring at the top of the picture is the 268 passenger spring that I removed. Does it look like the clamps were put installed the wrong position? Also, would it make any difference either way?

Also looks like they are using the tip pads with the longer (& incorrect) barrel snaps. I have some of the OE correct shorty barrel snap tip pads, & I was the one reproducing the bands for Year One. I have some of the short & some of the longer clamps if you need any.

Your red arrows are correct
