I currently have an ATI tree master but some of the teeth are broke causing a hard start and sometimes no start lol where is the best place to send it ?

Well if you send it back to ATI they will charge you for a complete rebuild on the converter. They cut off the whole face and replace it hence a full rebuild cost ---- DAMHIK

Seeing as how the OP’s car is running way off what it used to....... having the converter completely gone though may not be a bad idea.

What starter I had that happen and it was the chinese Mancini starter held crooked by the blcck braking teeth. 440 of course.

ATI does things right
They build fantastic equipment--perfect workmanship and since they built it to start with and since you have some exact input about what car is doing they would be the ones to make more precise adjustments in the unit than others that may not know exactly what that combo was doing from the start
That is just my opinion and ideas

I have welded up some teeth before then file them back down to match the others. Pretty easy if there aren't to many of them.

iagree An old machinist's trick is to drill into the broken tooth, drive in a steel pin, build up the pin with weld and then grind/file the weld to shape.

And yes cheap mini starter broke the nose off of it and took out the teeth

Grind the side of the block and/or the starter until it sits square.
