Does anyone know where i can get the studs and nuts for a clutch fan to mount to the water pump?

Right. Just get some 5/16" x 3/4" bolts from hardware store. That's what they should use as poorboy wrote.

I have the fan and clutch already together. I was referring to the fan to water pump.

Clutch to water pump use the same 5/16" X 3/4" bolts. The Mopar bolts had the washers attached, but just the bolts work. If your clutch has the slotted openings rather then a round hole, just add the washers to the bolts. Gene

MOPAR used to have studs then went to bolts.

look in the Dorman fastener line for the clutch to wp studs or bolts.


I often grab a 7 blade fan from a GM engine to upgrade the mopar 5 blade fans when I cant find a 7 blade MOPAR fan.

On stock or "stockish" setups I run simple bolts. The original had captured semi bell shaped washers. I have also used common grade 5 or grade 8 bolts with small flat washer and lock washer and that works fine also.

If you have a spacer or other situation that wants studs, a good ACE hardware will have them.
