Might be looking a set of oversized pistons for a 6.1 in the near future.
But peeking around at various websites I'm seeing stiff prices ranging from $700 upto almost $1000 for a set.

Is there anything more sanely priced out there, like half that amount for instance?
I don't need anything forged. Hypereutectic will be good enough for the purpose.

Rockauto has stock replacements, Mahle/Clevite and Enginetech, in standard and oversized the last I checked...

Best bet would keep an eye on ebay for a set if you don't want to pay full retail.

Check out D.S.S. Racing They are a reasonably priced forged option.
