Is it a factory mopar wheel? It looks like some aftermarket wheels I had on my Camaro when I was a kid. I want to say Fenton wheel but not sure.

It looks similar to the 1971 wheel that was cancelled before production started.

Are there any casting names or numbers on the backside?

IIRC, That style was known a Turbine 1.
