So I have a 69’ Dodge Dart and I just put a 340 stroker motor in it, has a Edelbrock air gap and a Holley 750 4150 on it and my factory cable won’t work, what bracket or cable to I need to change/modify to make it work, it’s the last thing I need to do to make to run, part numbers would be great too if possible!

Mancini Racing has throttle brackets for aftermarket intake manifolds. They also have throttle cables if you need a longer one. They will also have throttle return brackets with dual springs for that engine.

do you need a longer cable or a taller bracket? (or both)

I think you need a six cylinder throttle cable now, especially if your car was a 318 two barrel car to start with shruggy
If your car was a 340 four barrel car the stock cable should still work, what was it originally?

Sometimes a little bolt on bracket like this works when going from 2 barrel to 4 barrel. There's 2 of them in this picture.

This is a possibility too. I'm running a 5.9 magnum with an airgap and edelbrock 600cfm. This is in my '68 Dart
