Can anyone tell me if the engine in the picture is a 318 or a big block? It's in a 1961 Dodge.

Is the oil pan flat all the way around the bottom of the motor oil pan rails or does it curve around the timing cover and at the rear of the oil pan around the rear main bearing cap?
If flat it is a BB, if it curves around the front and back it is a SB scope

Where's the distributor? BB is at right front. SB is in the rear.

Sorry about the lack of a picture. I have been trying to post the picture and I am extremely frustrated that it won't let me do it.

Is not going to work, that address is on your computer.

Right under the window you typed your initial post in is a link called "File Manager (Total Files: 0)" click on it

a window will pop up,

click on "Browse" and got to C:\Users\Owner\Pictures\CARS\1960 dodge conv lr\1961 conv

Click on it and add file, then click on doine adding files and post

That should do it

That's the easiest way.

Pass side is a SB

Dr side is a BB

for A and B/RB mills
