Do 67 A and B-bodies use the same headlight switch?

I would say yes, but the Charger probably is an exception.

Not sure, but they are not cheap. Do yourself and your switch a favor. Add headlight relays to the circuit. They are plug and play, easily reversible(no wire cutting) and an inexpensive safety enhancement in terms of enhanced lighting and reduced fire risk at the bulkhead.

There's a member on this site and others that goes by the screen name of Crackledback or something very similar, who makes very high quality harnesses with Bosch relays.
