Here are some headers I just fabbed up for my 88 D100. 2” primary into 3-1/2” collectors.

very nice! how many sets do you plan to fab up?

I would like to be first in line as I have a 88 d100 440 truck.

I am also working on a 86 4x4 chassis with a 440, from the looks it would work on it as well.

Awesome looking pipes, nice straight 1st 4 inches, should breath nicely.

Thanks for the kind words. I had only planned on the one set for now. This is my first set, and they are very time consuming. I will let you know if I decide to make more in the future though.

Thank you. Here are a couple photos of them mocked up in the truck. Don’t mind the rats nest.

Are you going to leave that area open or cut the fender wells to fit?

I left them open for now. I may go back later and trim the inner fenders.
