Lowered the front on my 72 D100 today used van control arms now spring rate's way too soft and bottoms out even with bumpers removed. anyone else have this problem?

Time for new springs, I got a set of heavy duty springs from Rockauto and cut them down to get the truck to sit were I wanted. It helped alot for the spring rate.

Not only was the 72 thru 80 my favorite body style, but I really like the two tone colors and trim dividers Chrysler used. I miss my two tone '79 Adventurer.

The 72-80s were such a beautiful designed truck, Where ever I went with one of my older trucks I always got great remarks on the shape, the designed...but yet very few outside of the mopar hobby(and just as few in the hobby) want them.
Sharp looking truck, Love the color combo.

Replaced old springs and all is good used 7172 Moog and also moved bump stops rides nice now!
