I have never considered them because of the they had no bearings or bushings, direct contact on the shaft.

However it sounds like in 79410aspenrt's case that has not been an issue.

On another note, all Mopar Blue rockers, if they are the good ones, haven't been blue for a lot of years.

I ran them on my SB for about 1 year.. shifted
at 8200 rpm.. I bought a set of TD so I swapped
them out.. I still have them on 1 of my back-up
engines... mine are on a set of ported W-2s
wave

Well it comes down to what you can afford.

1.) T&D (buy them once and never look back)
2.) Harland Sharp (expensive in my opinion)
3.) Hughes (best for money spent)
4.) Crane

Getting replacements would be the biggest concern. The Blue Mopar rockers are made by Crane, not sure Crane still makes the offset arms these days.

If they are going to replace them, I'd go with a system with a bearing, like the T&D paired shaft deal.

Sorry, I've got W2 rockers on the brain at the moment, so excuse my last post.
Put a full roller rocker in it to be on the safe side. Something like the Crane style, I'd be checking them after each event. Once the roller goes in, it will be sitting on 7K plus. Don't skimp on the push rods either

Crane is not making any aluminum shaft rockers for small blocks ...straight or offset...

Crane hasn't made any MoPar shaft mount aluminum rockers (either gold or blue) for over a decade. Not sure where the blue ones are currently coming from. Ductile iron adjustable shaft mount rockers are offered, in 1.5 and 1.5 ratios for LA and B/RB applications. Regards, Chase
