So I am getting my 340 built now. It’s for a 72 cuda. So it should be blue from what I gather. My question is I am going for the stock look. So valve covers and intake should be blue also? Also I am using a set of hp manifolds. Is there a paint brand that is best used for longevity on the intake and manifolds?

Color was Chrylser Blue, intake, valve covers, exhaust manifolds, were all painted with the rest of the engine at once. basically everything but the fuel pump, carburetor, distributor, and a few small bolt on items got painted. All pulleys and alternator brackets were gloss black. This is a survivor engine, very original.
