Have apart number or dimensions?

Here are the dimension of the HHR fan, you can take the plastic off the back of the motor and gain a little more room also.

Spal and derale both good fans. I found the better fans that have good motors pull 20+ amps. If they aren't pulling that many amps and have good CFM ratings, run. They won't cut the mustard

I agree 100%. The amps they pull indicates the strength of the motor. A weak fan can move lots of air when there is no restriction placed in front of it, but the CFM drops drastically when you put a radiator in front of it. A strong motor won't slow down as easily.

Haven't seen a direct A > B comparo of pusher vs. puller, but the puller always wins.

I use a 16 inch pusher Spal 3 speed fan with 3 of their mounting straps.
Best way to go,I'm tired of making some junk fans to fit!

How deep is this contour fan in the center? Where the water pump would contact?

Thanks to everyone and, keep the ideas rolling in.
Im really torn on the HHR fan vs one's that have advertised cfm ratings.
We are using the Meziere pump ( thanks for the advice moparts) that fits in the mopar housing, we have the aluminum one from 440 source.
It gets really HOT here in Texas - (will be 99 here today) , late June, all of July and August are really tough and it seems to get a little worse each year or, maybe getting old just seems that way- grin.
I'm wanting to leave at 165 consistently if I can pull that off, thats where we have made best power with this engine.

I cannot seem to find any real data on the Cfm rating on the HHR.

If you ran E-85 you can leave at that temp all
of the time.. but I dont know if its in your
area.. on my car with E-85 I had more of a
problem keeping it up to temp

Not sure Mr P- Have to look.
This is a pump gas 511.
question: Is E-85 more consistent than general pump gas?

Yes it is if you check it before you buy it.. when
I would buy it I would test it first and if it was
within my specs I would pump out 2 drums.. it was
very consistent

I agree, check it.
But: E85 (like all alcohol-based) is safe to run richer than would hurt power in a race gas. The range of 99% max power is significantly wider.
Your high air temp gives you an advantage! People in Alaska can't get methanol to work w/o a gas primer.

Hhr can definitely pulls some air. I have one on my v8 wrangler, it keeps it cool and you should see how small that radiator is.
