What is the correct number metering block for the 4792 center carb non California if that makes a difference.

There are no 340 Sixpack Non-California carbs just 4 speed or AT. That is why non California 340 Sixpack cars use the 2 nipple breather

Correct block,all 340-6,6610,69 1/2 A12,6170 and 70/71 440-6,6020, both auto and 4 spd use same block.
