Bought my wife a 2013 Journey in November when it was cold. Now that the outside temps are warming I went to use the upper air vents and nothing come out. The vents are all open and no matter what setting I use on the control buttons nothing comes out of the upper vents. The defrosters work correctly. The cabin filter was replaced by the dealer I purchased it from. If I turn the fan on high only air comes out of the bottom near your feet. What could be the problem here? Am I missing a switch, no manual with car. Any help is appreciated.

sounds like a possible bad blend door switch, or a problem with the blend door[s] and/or linkage. time to investigate a page or two from the FSM to diagnose the problem properly instead of throwing parts at it in the hopes of getting it fixed. perhaps someone here may know of a common problem with these vehicles causing this condition ? wish i could be of more help.
