When I was looking for one for my 04 ram, the dorman brand showed as it fit many years on some sites while others showed it was only correct for certain years. I never did buy/try it myself because I didn't know what it was actually fit. Do you have the old balancer to compare it? I have one off an 06 sitting in my garage I swapped to a car balancer.

Rockauto had the dorman ones listed before as 03-05. I had asked here before because I have an 04 ram and have a balancer from an 06 off another engine and wasn't sure if it would fit. Rockauto just has dayco listed now and shows 03-08. I'll see if I tell any difference on the one on my 04 vs the 06 I have sitting in my garage. I had planned to put it on because my 04 wobbles some.
After comparing with what I could since it's hard to on the truck and my 04 has a leaking rad and its a mess right now... they look exactly the same, just the 06 one I have has a seal cover/shield. Depth appears the same, but would be hard to eyeball an 1/8"
