Have two eagle head low mile engines apart wear on all valve tips . Are the valves in these that bad ?? Anyone know who has the best price on GOOD replacement stainless valves 2.05 1.55 ? Anyone face down stock valves and run lash caps ? Rest of valves good . Thinking this is where the hemi tick comes from eventually valves do not seem to be rotating steady wavy wear some have erosion 30,000 mile and 26,000 mile engines from non abused cars. Thanks jim

Manley makes SS valves. I wouldn't be so quick to run out and buy them though. I see way more beat up valve tips on SS valves than cheapo steel valves. With that said, maybe the problem stems from the mds. Maybe they were running crap oil. Maybe the oil was never changed.
