AARCONV master Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 5,193 NEW JERSEY	I needed a kickdown rod clip and all the vendors plus the parts book came up with the wrong size. ended up buying a used kickdown rod with the proper clip on it at the swap meet

scratchnfotraction I Live Here S Joined: May 2003 Posts: 15,487 Florida	yea he will never miss it! in a pinch I have drilled a small hole in the rod and swap it over to a mopar hairpin style clip with a washer top/bottom of lever.

I did that too...but it bothered me that I did that...swap meet clips are just fine..it comes free with the rod.
