Are there any options for an angled Thermostat Cover/Water Neck that will fit the 2006 5.7? I am running into a problem getting an upper radiator hose that will fit. Kind of on a deadline. The straight one I have is not working.

I've only noticed straight ones from the factory. So I made my own, cut and added a bend and welded back up... kept the lip on the end also so the hose stays on.

That is what I was seeing as a last resort. I was going to start looking for a real tight bent 1-3/4" 90 degree tube. Maybe another water outlet application that I can cut off.

I'm waiting for Goody's response. He's got some options according to application.

I wouldn't expect that application to be all that far from my ebody. I took a stock one and welded an exhaust adapter to it to neck it down. I have a factory 318 ebody radiator hose on mine.

There's no lip on mine, hose stays on just fine. 2,800 miles thus far.

I'm running a stock housing with a gates green stripe flex hose. It works fine.
