Survivor with a repaint.hmhm
No Survivor anymore.
Got a new seatcover ,t oo with missing medallion.

It needs a lot of work IMHO if you don't want to drive it "as is".
At least 10k $ too expensive IMHO

I really like these, but I can't bring myself to buy one because I know I'll either end up losing money on it or being stuck with it should I ever want to sell.

Also...instead of repairing the dent in the quarter, they cut it off and replaced it? Sounds like the type of resto shop that loses your hard-to-find interior trim pieces, which apparently also happened here.

So this is the item description? Be careful when you "cut & paste":

A Very Rare & All Original. Are 100% Original And Are Rock Solid! Condition:Original Survivor. Lift foam out of box by grabbing 2nd plastic sheet from both sides. If you accidentally peel the top plastic off, exposing the foam, just look for the next layer of plastic to lift the foam out cleanly.

LOL yep. Check out their website. Small storefront, professional Ebay seller. Well, "professional" Ebay seller, that is.

Is this supposed to be a selling point?

My friend has two 440 L code 67 Chargers, one is a 4 speed Dana car, the other is an automatic car. He loves first generation Chargers, but is not really sure if he can justify restoring them. They are very expensive cars to restore, and the market is not kind to them! He isn't really in it for the money, but it is hard to restore a car that you cannot recoupe half of what you have into it.

This is almost my dream 1st-gen Charger. Make it copper and a 4-speed and I'd be in heaven.

A little poetic license there?

My friend would sell his gold automatic 67 440 Charger if your up for a project! They only built 132 4 speed 67 440 Chargers, it may be hard to find one in copper!

I have two friends that have some older cars, vw bus and a few other things not really Mopar people.
Then they got a 66 charger in light turquoise, KK-1. That car is awesome, it's a 383/727 car and almost all original. I think they picked it up in Portland OR. I was way jealous when they got that thing.

I ended up getting a 67 Coronet 500, it's light gold, ZZ-1. Funny thing is, I'd rather have the Turquoise!!!
Also, my car seems to have been painted medium blue poly before it was painted gold. There is blue under the paint scratches by the radiator, when I was underneath it and I noticed it was also blue where a pinion snubber rubbed the paint off as well...

Got your 4 speed car right here. Been for sale for months.

I think these cars are ok. Wouldn't mind one with a 60's street race vibe. Some colored window tint, ET mags, and a few vintage speed shop decals in the windows would be fun. Best thing about these is you can mod them and not worry about getting verbally attacked by the restore it to stock or die whackos.

This one looks ready to take your lunch money.

I think he means that he wants a 67 440 L code 4 speed car. My friend might consider selling the 4 speed car, but it is dark green with a black interior, not copper.

Years ago I had a 67 Charger 440 4 speed Dana Black with White interior power window car. It was a project car and the guy that I sold it to put the drivetrain in his 67 GTX 440 4 speed Dana convertible.

I loved my '66 383 auto Charger back in High school and college!! Always wanted a HEMI(never got). There was actually one with a HEMI emblem on it down the street from me at an apartment complex, but back then as a teenager i was to scared to go investigate it and talk to the owner.

Another kid used to come to my HS for BOCES machine shop. He had a white '67 440, i think it was auto.

After getting back into the mopars around '95 i lost the love for the '66-'67 Chargers.

There is 3 of them in a JY near me, forget which years? Years ago i bought a wheel well molding off one for a guy on this site looking for one. Back then they ALL 3 could be bought, my guess is they are still there and available.
